Coupon Giveaway
I am going to try a new feature here: I love saving money and especially healthy foods are expensive. I clip lots of coupons and throw away even more that expire, or that I don't use. I am giving them away.
The list of coupons with expiration dates and, (I) if it is an internet printed coupon, are available in the lower right column here. If you are interested, please email me at Leslie.Crafter@verizon.net with the coupons you want and I will tell you if they are available and the the address to send a self addressed stamped envelope so I can send them right to you! If you are looking for certain coupons too, let me know I'll keep my eyes open.
I am always looking for coupons for Eggland Best Eggs and Over the Moon Milk.

Cukes!
I find regular cucumbers to be a little bitter, but I really like the English cucumbers a very mild flavor and 0 points. I like slices plain, or on sandwiches. These are the long cukes that are wrapped in clear wrap in the produce section. The skins are not waxed like traditional cucumbers, so they wrap them to protect them.

Here's the skinny...
Automate...Automate...Automate
Find yourself making bad decisions sometimes? I like to follow Dr. Oz's advice to automate your meals. Even if you give yourself only a few choices each day for your meals, it makes it harder to make a wrong decision if you don't have a decision to make. I eat the same thing for breakfast each morning, and for lunch I eat a Smart Ones meal with a piece of bread and fruit. It's easy - all I have to do is pick the box I want.

Another Zero Hero - Polaner
Zero's are heros in my book. Here is another zero. I tried it. Polaner Sugar Free Spread with Fiber. It is 10 calories and 3 grams of fiber per tablespoon. Thats free for 2 tablespoons. I tried the apricot flavor. On sale at my store for $2.29 and I got a $1.00 off coupon at Polaner.com. It has Splenda, so if you don't like that, you might want to stay away. I also got the strawberry but haven't tried that flavor yet. Tell me how you like to use fruit spreads...

Totally Cheesy!
This is a totally cheesy post. If you love cheese like me, you know it's hard to get your cheese fix on WW. Here's a cheese fix for me. Campbell's cheese soup. The can is 5 points for the whole can. Heat it in a saucepan with no milk or water. Toast 2 Sandwich thins or lite English Muffins. Pour the cheese sauce on top and you have a great cheese rarbit. I like it with paprika on top. Put a tomato slice on it if you like. It is very filling and a 7 point meal - cheesy right?!

What are you smokin?
How about salmon? If you like smoked salmon, it is a great food to eat. It is 1 point for 1 ounce and it goes a long way. I like it on a light English muffin with lo fat cream cheese, and lots of onions and tomato on top. Also kudos for getting your healthy oils from the salmon too!

Oh Snap!
Snap, Crackle, Pop that is. Another sweet idea here. Did you know the Rice Krispie Treats in the individual packs are only 2 points. And they are certainly sweet enough to satisfy your cravings - and you gotta love portion control!
