Shrimp!
Don't forget shrimp is a great option for meals or snacking. 2 ounces of shrimp is only 1 point. I prefer it if I have a choice between chicken or shrimp in a stir fry for example. Just go easy on the shrimp, it's high in cholesterol.

This is my philosophy, you may agree, or not, but it is what it is. For my weight loss journey this works. I do not try to eat the "same" foods I used to eat, I mostly change what I eat, and learn to like it. On the Weight Watchers program, they say you can eat anything...True, but if I'm trying to lose weight I'm not going to eat that stuff. For the most part, my diet will be changed from what I "used to eat". Obviously what I used to eat got me where I am now, so why befriend it now...
