Peach Strawberry smoothie!

In a blender mix one can of DelMonte 100 calorie peaches, juice and all, 2-3 ice cubes, and one container Fiber One strawberry yogurt - add water to adjust smoothness as desired. Blend until smooth. 1 point baby!!


*you can add 1/2 cup milk if you want a calcium boost - add 1 point

*you can add juice of your choice, pineapple, orange, etc, just add the appropriate points for what you put in

*you can add a banana-add 2 points

*add fresh or frozen strawberries - add points depending on how many you add.

  1. Looks yummy! I am counting calories instead of points, and totally am on board with the "what I used to eat" philosophy. I have FINALLY taken what I eat seriously and instead of doing diets just to lose weight and go back to my old habits, I am educatin gmyself this time about what I really do and do not eat and trying to make this a lifestyle change. So far I am at 13 pounds in 8 weeks, trying to take it slow. Thanks for the link, and I will be back often! Kathy
