My breakfast

For breakfast I eat the same thing Monday-Friday. On the weekends I mix it up. I eat a light English muffin (1 pt) and powered peanut butter (1 pt) and 1 cup of V8 (1 pt). I call it my power breakfast. - it holds me over until about 11 am.

The light English muffins I get the store brand (not the WW brand) - they are a lot cheaper.

  1. I do that for my lunch. I eat a Gardenburger on Arnold sandwich thins, spicy brown mustard and broccoli and cheese or cauliflower and cheese. I like low fat waffles and all fruit for breakfast.
