Week One

I LOST 3 pounds at my first weigh in. I weigh in on Thursdays.


  1. Congratulations! I'm at 3 pounds too! I'm doing a biggest loser challenge at work. I'd like to lose 25-30 lbs. I'm eating smarter and not eating after 6 PM. Now if I could only kick my diet soda habit! Oh well, one step at a time...LOL Keep up the good work and thanks for being an inspiration!!!

  3. WTG!I have lost 10 pounds since Jan 4. I got the Wii and Wii fitness plus and have been using it every morning for exercise, and then a few nights a week we do the bowling. Do you like Gardenburgers? I eat them everyday for lunch. I like the Original flavor and they are 1 point!
