A snack to fill you up

I definitely find the Fiber One bars are a filling snack. 2 points each and you are good to go. I like to keep one of these in my purse just in case I get those hunger pangs. If you don't like one flavor, try another!


  1. I have one of these with fruit and yogurt for lunch. They are so yummy!

  2. these ARE delicious but, um, how do I say this? My whole family had to stop eating them because they make each of us very gassy. Great blog, btw. Just started WW last week and found you through the Cricut MBs. thx! (ScrappieDoo on the MBs)
